Theresa Roark

With over 35 years of information technology management experience focused within health care, Theresa oversees strategy, business development and client accounts and all HIDI operations.

Theresa has executive oversight for a variety of HIDI research and grants including a recently completed multi-million-dollar contract with the State of Missouri and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to facilitate the use of technology to achieve interoperability between providers of care as well as other stakeholders to improve patient care coordination.

In addition to multiple years’ experience with HIDI, Theresa has been a CIO and an outsourced technology solutions provider consultant. Theresa holds two degrees in mathematics from Truman State University and an MBA from William Woods University.

Theresa is a visionary on the use of health care data in Missouri and nationwide.
