Josette Bax

Josette started her health care career as an RN at Rush University Health System in Chicago, specializing in caring for cardiac patients. She spent 15 years in nursing and nursing management before transitioning to health care informatics.

In her current role at HIDI, Josette oversees HIDI’s ADT Solutions supporting hospitals in patient-centered care coordination. She also manages HIDI’s clinical services and program offerings and assists with the Missouri Hospital Association’s state-wide quality initiatives.

Josette holds a BSN degree from Lewis University.
